Translation and Transmission Part 2 Week 8

On Thursday 15-10-2020, we all having the AR/VR (Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality) workshop with our lecturer Mr Kevin and also another lecturer named Tee Song Yann at online. At first, Mr Tee explained to us what is AR and VR and also how they works before running a workshop with all of us. When we need to do something like AR, we need the app called Vectary. And in it, it can allow us to create an object in 3D and then change into AR. It looks quite great when I try it but however, the thing that I don't really like is, when you need to make the AR without any watermark, you need to buy the premium version of it which is the most hated thing. After the AR workshop, the next thing is the VR workshop. In order to create a VR, an app named Unity is the one that we need to use and it is almost the same thing like Vectory to create a 3D object but with VR tools. When after Mr Tee had demo the VR workshop, he showed us that the VR working on the phone which is a very interesting thing to us to see.
